It’s been a blessed year with numerous family weddings. Three of my cousins were wed – one in spring and two over the summer.
Each image was created using layers. The transparency of watercolor, a favorite of mine, adds a light, glowing element to each image.
The backgrounds contain text important to each of the couples – from pi-day to vows to scripture.
Joyously, gold ‘confetti’ falls in shining squares as a frame around each couple.
(Each couple also received coloring pages of their wedding – I frequently use layered pieces and projection to keep my paper pristine and white).
